项目经理职位描述：

与外籍老板、高层管理人员日常英语沟通。

负责海外客户（医药制作企业）需求的沟通联络（通过邮件、电话）。

负责在中国寻求高品质的医药原料、辅料及成品的供应商(部分包括韩国、日本市场)。

负责与工厂、客户及运输方面之间的沟通协调、商务谈判。

负责自客户下单之时起全程跟踪。

负责相关文件准备。

项目经理任职要求：

为人诚实、勤奋，有高度责任心，专业敬业，积极主动，有耐心，注重细节。

具备独立完成工作的能力、团队协作能力，按时完成工作，能够承受工作中的压力，具备很强的沟通谈判能力。

熟练使用Word, Exel和电子邮件。

熟练英语口语、书面表达。英语六级。

本科学历，医药、化学专业优先。

两年工作经验，有医药进出口或相关领域工作经验者优先；拥有端正的工作态度以及良好性格的应聘者，我们可考虑无工作经验的要求。

录取者与公司签订两年合同，期满后续签。

公司办公地址在开发区，申请职位时请充分考虑距离因素。

所有录取者将通过为期2个月的实习期培训。

PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Constant daily communication with English speaking company owners/senior management.
• Communication (via email and phone) with our international clients (pharmaceutical manufacturers) about their requirements.
• Finding top Chinese (and in some cases Korean or Japanese) suppliers of vital pharmaceutical raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Communication with and negotiation with factories and shippers and clients.
• Following up on all neccessary procedures upon receipt of inquiries and orders from clients.
• Preparation/handling of LC and shipping documentation.

PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• PERSONALITY: honest, hard-working, highly motivated and dedicated, proactive, positive, patient and attentive to details.
• PROFESSIONAL: ability to work independently and as part of a team, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, very strong communication and negotiation skills.
• COMPUTER SKILLS: word, excel, e-mail.
• ENGLISH: excellent command of both spoken and written English. CET-6 and above.
• EDUCATION: university bachelor degree or more: preferably in Pharmaceutical/Chemistry fields.
• WORK EXPERIENCE: minimum 2 years; preferably in pharmaceutical and or international trade related industry. We can/do also accept staff without work experience if they have a truly excellent attitude and character.
