We enhance performance through creating risk-enabled organizations. We help clients identify important risks, design frameworks to manage them and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management. As a risk transformation professional based in Dalian, you will be addressing client issues such as business performance variability, business and process controls transformation, supporting other risk transformation teams in project delivery.
 
We will support you with career-long training and coaching to develop your skills in risk strategy, risk function design, risk management and performance enhancement. Responsibilities:
Work with high-growth clients and other market leaders in industries such as retail, consumer products, financial services, and health sciences.
Follow up instructions within the scope of services with Risk Assurance, internal audit, Risk Transformation, and client management; support the team in the development of cost-effective and practical recommendations for improvement; provide guidance on complex audit matters and monitor engagement economics.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client and a commitment to client satisfaction. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers.
Participate in the career and performance development of the Risk practice by serving as a career counselor, cooperating with and supporting other staff and providing timely and specific performance feedback.
Utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery. Leverage ideas from other project engagements to enhance knowledge and create efficiency.
Ability to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Recognized university Bachelor or Master Degree for Staffs, with a minimum of 4 years related experience for Seniors, with financial accounting, professional auditing or consultation experience in enterprise accounting, auditing, internal controls, process management and optimization, or enterprise risk managements;
Professional qualification is preferred;
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
Able to interact effectively with both clients and EY teams;
Basic level of written and spoken English;
Travel within Asia Pacific is required 举报 分享
