GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Technical Assistant needs to work as the shoe fitting model as well as the administrative support for Technical Manager in Dongguan, ensure the effective delivery of Admin operations and shoe fitting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shoes Fitting: 70%
? Foot size must consist with US size 6;
? Try the sample shoes and coordinate with developer, factory and designer for the comments of the shoes;
Admin Support: 30%
? Contact vendors to organize working meeting schedules;
? Follow up with vendors to validate information in style file(up to date, accurate)
? Upload and download style files from Box.com
? Follow up fit samples-proto, fit, pp;
? Organize all samples;
? Written feedback to vendors on fit assessment;
? Email communications.

Internal: NA Technical, Factory, designer
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge, skills & abilities:
? Positive work attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills and follow-up capability;
? Detail-oriented, dedicated, responsible, persistent, patient and careful;
? Basic English in both oral and written;
? Skilled use Microsoft Office.
2. Minimum educational level:
College degree

3. Minimum experience:
