Duties and responsibilities职责和责任:
1. Track work-hours of the service engineers
收集整理服务工程师的工作安排
2. One-time service quotation to customer, create order and invoice in system
单次服务报价，系统中相关操作
3. Maintain order related information like bill- to-party, make invoice for service contract, upgrade order, life cycle product in System
维护系统中的服务合同、升级、生命周期产品相关数据。
9. Preparation of business documentation, like the detailed bill list, account receivable, invoice
准备相应文件如应收款、发票、开票清单等
10. Handle the service documentation
处理服务文档
11. Assist HR team members in terms of attendance record,holiday and OT management of plant
协助人事部完成相应的工厂考勤加班及休假管理。
12. Other tasks and duties assigned by the manager
经理分配的其他任务和工作。
Requirements任职要求:
1. Bachlor degree
本科学历。
2. Good english skills in spoken and written
良好的书面及口头英语。
3. 3 years of working experience as assistant or similar job in a multi-national company
3年助理工作经验或者类似跨国公司工作经验。
4. Familiar with microsoft office including (word, excel and powerpoint)
熟悉微软办公软件包括（Word，Excel和Powerpoint）。
5. Be able to work under pressure, committed, dedicated and self-motivated, working seriously and steady, conscientiously
能承受压力、乐意承担责任、专注且积极上进，对待工作认真负责。
6. Good communication skills and inter-personal skill is a must.
必须有良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
7. Be flexible, open minded, and fast learner.
可塑性强、虚心，能够快速学习。
8. Be patient, serious.
