职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、负责客户的接待、咨询工作，为客户提供专业的房地产置业咨询服务 。
Responsible for customer reception, consulting work, to provide customers with professional real estate consulting services .
2、陪同客户看房，促成二手房买卖或租赁业务；
accompanied by a house, to facilitate the sale of second-hand housing business.
3、负责公司房源开发与积累，并与业主建立良好的业务协作关系。

任职资格： Qualification
1、男女不限,年龄20-40周岁
male and female, age 20-40 years of age

2、初中以上学历,懂电脑使用
Junior high school education, understand the use of computer;
3、形象气质佳，能吃苦耐劳
the image quality is good, can bear hardships and stand hard work;
4、对房地产行业非常感兴趣,且有强烈的赚钱欲望；
the real estate industry is very interested, and have a strong desire to make money.
5、具备良好的团队合作精神和语言表达能力
have good team work spirit and language expression ability.
6、有销售经验者优先 ，无经验亦可。
sales experience is preferred, no experience can be.

待遇： Treatment
1、高额无责任底薪＋高额提成＋补助+奖金＋晋升空间
2、入职购买社保（养老、医疗、工伤、生育、失业）3、带薪年假、旅游、节日福利等 综合收入：入职3个月后月薪达3000元左右；入职半年后月薪达6000-8000元左右；年薪达10万元。
And high unaccountable base salary + high commission + subsidiary + bonus + promotion space 2, entry to buy social security (pension, medical care, work injury, maternity, unemployment) 3, paid annual leave, tourism, holiday benefits and other comprehensive income: after three months into the job, monthly income of 3000 yuan; after six months of the entry salary amounted to about 6000-8000 yuan; annual salary of 10 million yuan.
