Main responsibilities:
1.Develop, maintain, and optimize facility system and related equipment as well as construction project to maintain safe and fully functional facility system.
2.Facility system planning and designing, including but not limited to construction, renovation, electrical system, compressed air system, water system and ventilation system etc. Make sure all facilities comply with relevant regulations.
3.Monitor and supervise facility system installation, construction project and the relevant work of subcontractors on the construction site in accordance with standards and codes.
4.Other assignments by superior.
1.建立、维护、优化公司设备系统、相关设备以及厂房建设项目，维护设备系统安全且功能齐全。
2.规划、设计公司设备系统,包括但不限厂房建设、装修、电气系统、空气压缩机系统、用水配备、通风系统等。确保所有设备符合有关规定。
3.管理设备系统的安装工作和厂房建设工程，对工程承包进行施工现场管理，以确保达到相关验收标准。
4.主管指派的其他工作。

Requirement
1.University above education, preferred major in Mechanical and Electrical science, civil work construction or relevant field
2.Three or above years of facility engineering experience. Experience with big facility project management preferred, including electrical system, civil work construction, compressed air system and ventilation system, etc.
3.Understanding of relevant Chinese laws is a must, especially about electricity safety, construction norm as well as fire control etc.
4.Good command of English and PC skills, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD.
5.Excellent skills in interpersonal communication and teamwork. Effectively problem solving, prioritize, and follow through on assignments and projects.
1.机电工程、建筑工程本科学历, 或有相关学科。三年以上设备工程经验。
2.有大设施项目管理经验者优先考虑,包括电气系统、土建施工、压缩空气机系统和通风系统等。
3.必须了解中国有关法律（特别是关于用电安全方面、建筑规划、消防等的法律）。
4.良好的英语读写能力及计算机能力（如：Excel,Word,Powerpoint, CAD等）
5.人际沟通，有团队精神。有效解决问题的能力,对任务和计划的执行能力。
