1.熟悉办公软件及AS400系统;
2.能独立制定有效可行的生产计划;
3.有良好的协调能力,跟进并协调换模/转色等相关工作人员,达成生产进度;
4.懂得进行产能负荷分析;
5.有良好的统筹安排能力,可以指导/培训低级别计划员工作,并审核其工作成效;
