QA/QC Engineer
Requires Fluency in English Both Oral and Written CET 4 or higher. Submit resume in both English and Chinese.
Job Description:
● Manage, plan and direct activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products:
● Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as chemical, electrical, or mechanical.
● Devise sampling procedures and designs.
● Develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
● Establish program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
● Direct, train and manage engineering department engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
● Compile and write training material.
● Conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
● Oversee outgoing product and sample inspections, to assure they meet the highest level of compliance with company and client requirements.
● Review testing laboratories regarding SAA, EMC, and MEPS lab testing.
● Prepare Engineering Requirements (ER) to provide to the factory and to use during the outgoing shipment inspection procedure.
● Create test procedures, and systems to test outgoing new product samples.
● Verify specifications/features and compliant documents to assure 100% quality satisfaction.
● Be responsible for new product manual/driver verifications, modifications, and assist in writing manuals
● Assist the client with Technical Support issues brought up by our customers or the product end users.?
● Assist in identifying and/or develop new products for the company.
● Review and manage customer product engineering guidelines.
● Review and audit supplier quality control systems.
● Understand all Safety and Compliance Standards and requirements for our client’s different markets
● Maintain the QC inspection quality with accurate EMC check and OS function test by following the ISO standard.
● Attend and manage outgoing QC shipment inspections if it is necessary. For certain case, the inspection may occur on holidays.
● Ability to solve and quickly respond to issues.
● Interactive, analytical, and communicative skills.
● Ability to multi-task.
● Be highly organized and motivated.
● Ability to travel independently.
Education and Qualifications:
● 4 year Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Degree.
● 1-2 years QA/QC experience.
● Hands on experience using mil-std-105E and ISO 9002 standards.
● Broad knowledge of safety and universal standards of SAA, C-Tick, MEPS, CE, FCC, UL.
● Solid PC Skills and the ability to write professional, scientific, statistically based QA/QC and Engineering reports?
● Ability to operate basic electronic measurement equipment.
● Ability to create basic PC system based test beds and test fixtures using common PC system components.
