职位描述：
job responsibility:

· to calculate /check and follow up quotations in cooperation with key account manager / product manager.
· to create forecasts and take care of the follow up, in cooperation with key account / product manager.
· to initiate the product development and it’s testing in cooperation with the product department and key account manager.
· monitoring of dates and observation of stock in trade for the customer
· handling of general correspondence / inquiries of assigned customers.
· to give support to customers concerning plastic material selection and general technical/commercial questions.
· search for new customers and reactivation of non buying customer’s.
· complaint handling in cooperation with the quality management.
· handling and analyses of visit reports, from the key account manager.
· pre-handling and organization of customer visits.
· monitoring of all dates / arrangements of the trade accounts.
· the follow up of all samples sent to customers.
· will when necessary accompany the product manager on customer visits

requirement:

-over college, the trade/business, economic management or english language major will be priority.
- accepted the training on sales skills, business negotiation, and products knowledge and business proprieties
-over one years’ customer service experience
-good command of oral and written english.
-be familiar with products function and quality requirement.
