-Handle vendor direct shipments from Asia to North America.
管理负责所有从亚洲出口至北美的货物
-Follow up new orders on a daily basis and getting the confirmed cargo ready date or ship date from vendors. Finalized ETD/ETA based on cargo ready date and carrier sailing schedule and update to the parties concerns.
每日与供应商就新订单保持紧密联系, 及时获取确认的交货期或船期. 根据交货期和船期表制定相关订单起运港出货时间和目的港到货时间并及时将此信息更新给相关方
-Execute orders to ensure on time shipment.
确保所有订单都能按计划出运
-Compile relevant business reports.
及时在报表中更新新订单和已出运订单的起运港出货时间和目的港到货时间及相关船务信息。
-Coordinate with functional departments, or 3rd party service providers on order execution, such like pre-shipment inspection, sample testing, office procedure process follow ups.
配合相关部门或第三方服务能够合理有效安排产品验货，样品测试，确保订单合理规范化出运
-Send in accurate booking instruction to vendors and supervise local logistics so as to ensure the container catch the scheduled vessel. Assist in on fixing problems as to export customs clearance, transportation, etc.
准确无误发送订舱信息给供应商并监督所有的物流操作从而确保集装箱准时出运. 协助供货商解决可能出现的出口报关事宜及运输事宜等
-Tracking the status of container shipping and advise corresponding parties if there’s any issues.
及时追踪集装箱的出运情况, 如有任何问题及时告知相关方
-Ensure vendors send us all the shipping docs (loading sheet, packing list, commercial invoice, BOL, etc.) at higher accuracy as well as in a timely manner.
确保供应商按时将准确的出口单据(装箱信息表, 装箱单, 发票,提单，等)发送给我司.
-Audit all the shipping docs and sending accurate ones to corresponding parties.
核对所有出口单据, 并将准确无误的单据发给相关方.
-Maintain ERP to update the shipping data in the system and keep corresponding office posted if any changes happened afterwards.
在系统中更新船务信息并及时通知相关方如之后有任何更改
-Working with carriers and freight forwarders if needed for operational issues.
和船公司货运代理公司协商解决相关操作问题
-Daily communication with parties concerned.
每日与相关方保持紧密联系


Qualification:
要求：
- College degree desired. Major courses in logistics, international trading is preferred
-大专以上学历，相关专业毕业（物流，国际贸易优先）
- Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in ocean shipping industry is preferable
- 有至少2年的海运业务的优先
- Be familiar with the international trade business
- 熟悉国际贸易
- Strong individual capability with teamwork spirit.
- 能独立完成工作并有良好的团队精神
- Ability to priorities, organize work and meet strict time deadlines.
- 能合理的安排工作, 在规定的时间内保质保量的完成.
- Strong logic thinking & problem solving skills
- 善于思考并解决问题.
- Good communication skills, both internal and external
- 良好的沟通能力
- Quickly on board is preferred.

- Fluent spoken & written in English, CET-4 or above
