职位描述

职责:

  • 协助销售工程师,产品应用工程师的日常工作

工作描述:

  • 处理订单、发货单、询报价、订货跟踪、文件归档整理等相关事务
  • 销售工程师、产品应用工程师的支持,包括销售、客户的协调联络
  • 配合销售工程师,产品应用工程师完成业务相关的工作
  • 定期与老客户保持电话联络,维持客户关系
  • 协助销售工程师做好客户的跟踪工作
  • 销售信息资料处理,包括:客户需求、客户反馈等,并将信息及时传递给销售工程师与产品应用工程师
  • 配合完成公司的其他工作等

培训机会:

  • 优秀的内部销售将派往瑞士进行产品与技术培训。

要求:

  • 机械教育背景优先
  • 熟悉密封产品,机械驱动及工程塑料产品优先
  • 英语流利
  • 有国际贸易知识,有ERP或 SAP使用经验
  • 富有责任心,良好的职业道德
  • 团队合作精神,善于沟通与学习,注意细节

Function:

  • Assist Sales Engineers and PAE for selling A+ P products to customer.

Challenges & Duties:

  • Play an integral and pivotal role within the organization, and provide an essential link between the customer and the rest of the organization.
  • Responsibility will involve attending to incoming phone calls from existing and potential customers, maximize all revenue opportunities from customers by ensuring they are aware of the full range of our services and every order is followed through.
  • Responsible for ensuring technical specifications, lead times for delivery, quoting to customers, order processing, and providing follow up sales service.
  • Duties also include phoning all prospective users in China as to achieve sales productivity and activity targets as specified by company.
  • Operate and maintain customer Database in accordance with company requirements.
  • Conduct relevant debriefings with the appropriate field sales engineers.
  • Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of all internal Divisional Services, Rates and relevant Administration and Operational processes.

Responsibilities / Accountabilitie:

  • Accountable for selling the A+P product to the existing customers and new customer, and building up the long-term relationship.
  • Assisting PAE and sales on sales.
  • Responsible for Account Receivable of all sales.
  • Carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the MD/ISLto ensure the effective performance of the sales/office function.

Network / Relations:

  • Report to ISL(Internal Sales Leader), PCL(Profit Center Leader)
  • PAE(Production application Engineers)and SAE(Sales Engineers) in China and in A+P Europe
  • A+P customer platform
  • A+P supplier platform

Training opportunities:

  • Good IS will be sent to Zurich for product and technology training

Requirements:

  • Machenical Engineering backgroud is highly prefered
  • Experience with sealing, machenical driving & engineering plastic products is highly prefered
  • Fluent English
  • had experience with ERP or SAP
  • Understand international business
  • Be responsible, good business ethics and a good team player & communicator
  • Be stable and details oriented
