Responsibilities

？

1. To provide credit input to facilitate proper deal structuring.

2. To provide credit approvals in accordance with the level & nature of the authority delegated.

3. Credit portfolio management.

4. To help development of lending guidelines and portfolio strategies.

5. To make sure that credit quality is good and provisions are within budget.

6. To help develop and refine portfolio strategy and adjust it on an on-going basis.

7. To provide input in deal structuring and in subsequent monitoring.

Requirements

？

1. University graduates.

2. Front line business experience in lending or related activities.

3. Credit evaluation experience either in pure credit functions or in different marketing functions especially where complex credits and/or structuring are involved.

4. Relevant non-banking experience is acceptable if it adds to the person’s risk assessment ability.

5. Minimum 8 years’ experience in China Corporate Lending / Credit Assessment.

6. Market & industry knowledge.

7. Risk management skills.

8. Analytical / problem solving skills.

9. Knowledge of credit policies / underwriting standards.

10. Communication skills.
