Responsibilities:
-Communicate and coordinate with Client, government, designers, Landlord, builders, suppliers and superintendents independently; good troubleshooting skill to ensure the project process;
-Direct in-charge of Drawing development, Prepare Tender document and Construction meeting and relative report etc.
-Monitor and follow up construction schedule, quality of works, safety of works, local statutory submission including license / permit applications

Requirements:
-At least 5-8 years work experience, bachelor degree or above, major in construction/ design/ engineering management or related field;
-Experience in handling clients and projects from design stage to job completion with good communication and interpersonal skill
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
-Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
-Candidate with less experience will be considered for the junior position
