Job Description:

1.Provide pre-sale and after-sale customer and technical support in China and Asia-Pacific region for IFI product lines.
2.Understand IFI's products, show and present IFI's products to customers.
3.Understand customers'needs, offer quotation, recommend and present new products to customers and respond to their questions.
4.Manage customer complaints and order status.
5.Maintain good relationship with customers.
6.International and domestic travels as needed.
7.Complete other assignments by management.

Requirement:

1.A Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering field.
2.At least 3 years'experience in technical and customer support field.
3.Solid computer programming experience is preferred.
4.Strong self-learning ability.
5.Good patience and pleasant personality.
6.Well organized, good communication skills,and able to work within a team.
7.Good command of English. CET-6 or above is required. Good spoken English skill is preferred.
8.A valid HK or Macao Pass required.
9.Based in Shenzhen.
