Responsibilities:
1.Can offer solutions for production-related problems.
2.Can lead an operating team as needed
3. Improve the whole technological process of production
4. Prepare equipment trains and other production variables according to the needs of the assigned process with little or no supervision.
5. Provide support to commissioning and adjust the process according to the gained information
6. Develop standard operating procedures.
7. Translation of work instruction into Chinese.

Requirements:
1. Good technical skills in electronic production : PCB, SMT and Mechanics
2. Global knowledge in Manufacturing, SAP system.
3. Experience in production continuous improvement.
4. Can work in teams & organize meeting.
5. Fluent English.
