Responsibility/Duty 工作职责

1)process technology on feed mill operations, practices on facility operate and management: Learn about feed mill principles , technology by its design, practice and become skillful operator for positions at the mill.

2)Managial skill learning: to learn and practice on people management, financial, operations, supply chain, EHS, FSQR and other related managerial knowledge and skills.

3)Cargill operation management tools: learn how to use Cargill/CAN management tools including Model Mill, CANDO, preventive maintenance and other tools necessary for the job.

4)Tasks assigned by coacher: the trainee will be assigned to certain job or tasks as necessary at the site.

Essential position requirements 基本职位要求

1)Good education background and 2 to 5years relevant working experience良好教育和2到5年相关领域工作经验
