Responsibilities:
? Handle full set of design drawings to Tender drawings
? Keep up-dated drawings and manage drawing files
? Assist in on-site checking and measurement, checking quality and progress of works
? Assist team to complete drawings and tasks

Requirements:
? Certificate / Diploma or above in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent
? Minimum 5 years or above solid experience
? Familiar with architecture/ interior design & fitting-out works in retail and commercial properties
? Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D-Max & other design based skills
? Proficient in producing free hand drawing and construction detailed drawing
? Willing to work overtimes, under pressure, meet tight schedule and able to handle multiple tasks
? Able to work independently with minimal supervision and strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills
? Good command of spoken & written in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
? Candidate with less experience will be considered for the junior position
? Immediately preferable
