销售工程师, LENOX 东莞

常驻东莞销售工程师 (Home Based),必需有工业产品销售经验。有带锯条, 刀具和金属切削行业销售经验者优先考虑。

工作职责:
- 实施公司各项管理制度,完成公司订立的销售目标
- 负责公司政策在区域内的推动与执行,对现有经销商进行管理与扶持
- 负区域市场的渠道建设及维护,终端市场的开发和产品的培训以及售后服务
- 对区域市场开拓进行策划并制定本区域营销计划
- 制定销售计划,完成和提升区域销售业绩
- 提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息

要求:
- 大专以上学历,三年以上工业产品销售工作经验。有带锯条或刀具销售经验者优先考虑
- 有敬业精神,品形端正,有长进心
- 有良好的与人沟通技巧,能承受工作压力;具有团队合作和协调进步的精神
- 有独立开拓市场的能力;善于与客户沟通并能长期保持良好关系
- 能经常出差
- 电脑操作熟练

Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the sales manager, manage and develop a pre-determined geographical area to achieve all financial and targeted objectives, through both the development of new business through existing customers as well as via new customers.
- To plan and manage the sales territory so that all direct/indirect customers receive a level of service and support, for sales and technical matters, which is appropriate to their business or potential business to stock, use or sell Lenox products.
- To conduct technical training for distributors and product demonstrations or trials at end users in a professional way and to ensure that the results are fed back in the required way.
- To complete all necessary administration and customer follow up as required and ensure that the customer database is kept updated by using SalesForce.com and KEU lists.
- To make commercial decisions objectively and within agreed guidelines so ensuring a high level of customer care.
- Develop contacts with Local Bandsaw Machine Manufacturers to keep up to date with developments and to ensure that Lenox products feature prominently at exhibitions etc.
- Build a strong level of market intelligence on trends and competitive conditions in the Region with ongoing feedback to the marketing department.
- Ensure that key technical skills are regularly updated and that support is sought as necessary to improve knowledge.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience of selling cutting tools or selling industrial products would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong new business driver with good sales negotiation skills.
- Strong business relationship builder.
- Able to work on own initiative, whilst fully encompassing company guidelines and ethics.
- A basic working English knowledge is required.
