We're now seeking the right candidate to fill in the following positions:

Sales Manager for

Post 1: Japan
Post 2: Taiwan

Job responsbilities :


- achieve sales and P&L target for assigned countries / customers
- increase product listing & distribution and brand presence at retail level
- plan and initiate trade promotion
- monitor pricing and competitive activities
- coordinate with Marketing for consumer advertising & promotion
- plan and manage merchandising and display in store level

Requirements:

- University degree in business related discipline
- min 8 years experience of sales management
- experience in managing different kinds of sales channels eg. distributors,
wholesalers and retailers
- key account servicing exposure is preferable
- capable in developing, coaching and motivating the sales team
- good communication skill;
For Post 1: fluent spoken / written in English and Japanese
For Post 2: fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- frequent travel is also required

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Asst Sales Manager
