Essential duties and responsibilities：
基本职责:
1、完成销售目标,业务开发活动和当地营销策略制定。
-Achieve Sales target, business development activities and local marketing strategies for assigned territory.
2、客户关系的开发和跟进项目。
-Customer relationship development and follow up projects.
3、制定和实施技术方案、报价、投标方案等。
-Work out and implement technical proposal, quotation, bidding process etc.
4、如有必要，协调跨职能部门和外部合作伙伴
-Coordinate with cross functional departments and external partners, as necessary.
5、配合运维跟进交货和生产问题;
-Coordinate with OPS follow up delivery and production issues;
6、销售报告、合同流程、客户信息和其他销售相关文档归档;
-Sales report,contract process, customer information and other sales related documents filing;

Description of profile required (professional experience, skills etc)
1、本科学历,主修机械工程/暖通/火力发电相关。
-Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC/coal-fired power related.
2、强有力的关系,谈判和影响技巧
-Strong relationship, negotiation and influencing skills
3、诚实、正直、勤奋和良好的团队合作精神
-Honesty, integrity, diligence and good team work spirit
4、愿意,能够经常出差
-Willing and able to travel frequently
5、英语和中文熟练
-English and Chinese proficiency
6、熟练运用办公软件,特别是Word、Excel、PowerPoint;精通CAD制图者优先;
-Good command of MS office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CAD a plus;
7、至少2年工作经验作为销售或工程师;
At least 2 years working experience as sales or engineer;
8、燃煤电厂相关背景者优先;
Coal fired power plant related background are preferred;
