Job Description *

1, Daily update build plan to production and collection actual output, monitor FGs turn in W/H
2, Daily create W/O to produciton and close W/O in system
3, Daily meeting to drive the output with team
4, Weekly review CTB with MC and daily follow up critical part with buyer
5, Closely work with CPM, PROD, WH & Shipping for daily shipment


Job Requirements *

College degree or above
3 ~ 4 years' work experience for planning in EMS
Good English in writing and reading
Good Communication And Coordination

Job Description

1. 根据销售订单及结合现有库存，制定未来一个周期（每天、每周、每月）内的生产计划，并跟进与实施安排
2. 编制生产指令单
3. 跟催物料和生产进度，依据生产计划的完成情况、采购物资供应情况，合理调整生产计划，按时完成项目所要求的出货计划
4. 协调工厂内各部门，解决生产障碍（如缺料、设备故障、人员不足等引起的断线），保证生产的顺利进行
5. 需随时掌握各生产线的产能，及关键采购物料的安全库存和采购周期等

Job Requirements

1. 专科或以上学历
2. 从事生产计划或生产跟单工作2年以上, 对物控和生产排期精通, 全面掌握生管工作流程，对生产计划排单有很强的实际操作经验
3. 具有较强的计划能力, 能合理分解任务目标并具有较强的执行力
4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和较强的责任心, 善于观察，洞察问题
5. 英语听、说、写良好
6. 能熟练运用办公软件
7. 能承受一定的工作压力； 团结同事，有团队精神； 有良好的职业道德，忠于公司，忠于职业
