Responsibilities:

1. In cooperation with the Sales teams, understand the customers' needs in products, orders and regulatory issues.
2. Coordinate with the Product Development and Quality/Regulatory teams and provide suppliers with accurate customer requirements in a timely manner.
3. Manage purchase orders and ensure that suppliers complete customer orders that meet our requirements in time, quality and quantity.
4. Assist in sample handling, order entry and shipment entry.
5. Maintain good communication and relationship with customers and suppliers. Resolve issues independently.
6. Keep detailed records of orders so they can be tracked and followed up by others.
7. Assist in purchasing and sales analysis.
8. Management experience is preferred.
9. Travel to suppliers and customers as needed.
10. Complete other assignments by management.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor Degree, preferably in business or engineering field.
2. At least 7 years' solid experience and 3 years' supervisor experience in Toys/Electronics industry.
3. Experience in sizeable Buying office selling to major retail accounts (Wal-Mart, TRU, Target, etc.) is preferred.
4. Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure.
5. Well organized, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Able to work well within a team.
7. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
8. Good command of English. CET-6 certificate is preferred.
