职位描述
? Lead a cross-functional engineering project team to provide engineering solutions from design
phase through qualification phase up to mass production in the company’s hard & hard/soft
hybrid and smart product accessories lines.
? Deliver strong automation and process engineering solutions, best practice assembly solutions
and applications of the latest technologies, materials and components to the project team and
customers.
? Coordination and follow-up of product design briefs, tool design, material and technology
sourcing, prototyping, qualification and project tasks assigned by Sr. NPI Program Engineering
Manager and/or client Executive Program Manager.
? Be the main point of contact during project execution for engineering deliverables. Maintain a
close relationship with clients for the long-term growth of the business partnership.
? Execute and follow-up project development within your project engineering team to deliver the
required criteria within the specifications demanded by internal or external customers.
? Liaise within Engineering, Quality and Product Development departments to ensure solutions
are applicable.
? Direct and review the work of project team members, provides performance feedback, ensure
team members' skills and project requirements are appropriately matched.
? Research and resolve problems; monitor project budget, schedule, and scope of work.
? May participate in preparation of proposals and assist in presentation to the client.
? Maintain your KPI’s and deliverables defined by Sr. NPI Program Engineering Manager.
