3 years or above merchandising experience in bags products (experience in leather products is preferable)
Solid experience in materials sourcing & product development, especially for the catalogue of leather & luggage sourcing
Good orders follow up with South and North regions of China
Good interpersonal skills to contact directly with suppliers
Factory / Trading office background
Good command of spoken & written English
Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently
Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
