Job Description :

- Strict control of P/L and make sure that budgeted sales and margin is achieved .

- Be responsible to set up the team for import consumer goods business.

- Provide proper coaching for subordinates, and make proper strategic guidelines to subordinate team .

- Develop distributor and sales channels including Shopping mall, hypermarket ,convenient chain store, china retailer ,etc.

- Attend trade shows to collect the first hand marketing information and get more market insights.

- Provide strategic proposal on the selection and sale of consumer goods to top management .

- Extensive understanding of Asian markets by integrating consumer insights ,market trend and identify new consumer insights to drive sales revenue .

- Manage a small team with 3~4 team members .

Qualifications :

- Knowledge of all rounded marketing

- Experience by launching new products and tackle all but not restricted to import requirement

- Relevant experience in Import Business with well established distribution channels

- Bachelor degree or above At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain/sourcing/import business in China and/or Asia Pacific countries;

- Successful track records of managing consumer goods and familiar with all sales channels in mainland China;

- Independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

- Good English communication is preferred .

- Energetic, be quite interested in Inmport busness

- Strong interpersonal skill and good leadership skill that can direct the team to achieve the company goal

- Strong Communication, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills

- Strong business acumen and people management skill

- Familiar with China Law regulation in supply chain and taxation area
