职位描述
该职位目前为全职工作。
- Provide on-site services to customers of SIHI products, especially Dry Pump system.
为SIHI干泵产品用户提供现场服务。
- Diagnose and analyze product or system problem, give quick solution or proposal to customers and meet customers’ satisfaction.
诊断、分析产品或系统问题，为用户提供符合要求的快速建议和方案。
- Hands on solve site problems.
解决现场问题。
- Make necessary service record and write service report.
提交服务记录和报告。
- “Customer oriented ” by quick, clear and accurate delivery of pro-active actions, information.
以用户为导向，快速、清楚、正确的传递所有信息
- Bridge up the communication among customer, SIHI Shanghai office .
需要成为用户和SIHI之间的沟通桥梁。
- Follow up and ensure timely closure of complaint.
追踪以及确保及时处理用户投诉。
Requirements:
- College degree or above in engineering, electrical or electromechanical engineering preferred
- 大专以上学历，机械，电气或电工专业
- Minimum 1+ years working experience
- 至少1年工作经验
- Practical in nature with good troubleshooting skills
- 有实用的解决问题能力和良好的动手能力
- Self motivated, and able to work with supervision
- 吃苦耐劳，良好的团队合作能力
- Good communication skill, Must embrace a “voice of the customer” mindset
- 良好沟通能力，须有为“客户的呼声”服务的信念
- Based in Dongguan
- 常驻东莞
