KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for creating, reviewing and/or revising assembly and mounting instructions for numerous and diverse consumer products.

· Be able to quickly understand the assembly and mounting of various consumer products based on product sample, drawings, pictures, and/or specification sheets of product.

· Confer with team to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed.

· Select and/or create photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material

· Adjust copy as necessary and proof read for grammar and spelling.

· Work with vendors and WSI counterparts to achieve simplified, standardized and user friendly assembly instruction guides/steps

· Review and upgrade existing assembly instructions to improve/simplified assembly steps with clear instruction.

· Maintain keep records of all AI for follow up and verification purpose.

· Coordinate with US counterparts for French translation to be included on all assembly instructions.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICAIONS & COMPETENCIES:

· Between 3-5 years' relevant experience in a similar capacity

· Fluent in both spoken and written English

· Self- motivated; ability to work independently

· Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word

· Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment, with good organizational skills;
