Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages the design, planning, constructing, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, building and other facilities.
May plan, budget and schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, material and other related costs.
Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to facilities.
Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, facilities expansion. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel.
May represent the organization on projects and interface with customers.
May be responsible for a business activity, or lead projects, assume several components of a larger project or program, or complex portion of a large project/program.
Study the installation of new machine, from design to start-up, directly or with help of external contractors. To be responsible of the full project management, coordinating supporting departments such as purchasing
Technical support to Production, Maintenance, Purchasing.
Ensure that all the directives, safety rules and company policies in engineering are implemented, including contractors.

Requirement:
Fluency in English (spoken, reading and written)
Ability to work independently and under conditions of heavy pressure and resource constraint, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes and challenges
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Experience in utilities, like transformers, boilers, generators essential;

Good understanding of HSE and 5S practices and principles;
