Responsibilities
--Product development
1. handle and follow up product development project activities
2. Prepare 2D & 3D design drawings on compenents and products
3. Coodinate and follow-up prototypes making, testing and evaluation
4. Coordinate and follow up with mold making, mold trial-out, samples evaluation and approval

-- Product specification verification and safety approval
1. Prepare engg. /pilot run samples & coordinate with QC for ensurance testing
2. Prepare engg. samples and documents for product safety approval
3. Draft technical documents,BOM,testing specifications

--Product release
1. Follow up with internal departments to release pre-samples and samples
2. Perform production pilot run and product design fine tune to get product release from customer.

Requirements:

1. Holder of bachelor degree in Mechanical or Engineering. or equivalent.
2. With knowledge on plastic part design, die-casting and molding technology.
3. Good understanding of English, fluent speaking will be preferrable.
4. Good knowledge of using 2D & 3D CAD drawings, preferable CATIA V5, familIar with MS-office.
5. Team work spirit and good communication skills.
6. Willing to travel.
