Your tasks

- Preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements in cooperation with the German headquarter

- Identification of adequate recruiting sources (job boards, social media platforms, etc.)

- Review and evaluation of applications, finding highly qualified candidates

- Schedule all candidate meetings (phone interviews, onsite interviews, video conferences, etc.) and act as a contact person for applicants

- Interviewing applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.

- On-boarding of new employees including completion of paperwork

Your qualifications

- Degree in Business Administration or a similar study with a major in Human Resources

- At least 2 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources with a focus on Recruiting

- Excellent hold over Mandarin and English. A good command of Cantonese and German is an added advantage

- Organizational and intercultural skills and a responsible, cross-organizational working style

- Polite, friendly, and respectful

- Willingness to travel within East Asia and to Germany
