Job Description:

Greeting visitors and general reception duties

Handling incoming phone calls, courier/mail arrangements and fax services

Update accurate data and maintain content with patience & timely manner

Responsible for photo taking & arrangement of new garment sample

Assist in office equipment, pantry and cleanliness of the office

Provide clerical support for sample team and assist in ad hoc projects

Requirement:

Diploma holder or above

Fast and accurate typing skills in English and Chinese

At least 1 years experience as assistant in garment industry

Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese

Proficiency in MS office software & email

Expert in taking picture with digital camera

Good attitude, responsible & willing to work under pressure

Immediately available is preferred

Other: Good fresh graduate will be considered
