Key Responsibilities:
1.Arrange production according to production master schedule, control on line materials , and adjust production schedule.According to updated materials supply condition or urgent delivery requirement.
2.Control materials attrition and scra to decrease production cost
3. Develop, Lead and supervise a team of production for timely delivery of quality products within budget;
4. Train and instruct operators, required correct/effective operation, follow company policy and regulations.
5. Timely and effectively communicate an cooperate with crossfunction team, push the improvement of product quality and operation efficiency, and troubleshooting online issues

Qualifications:

1.8+years in electronic industry, with 3+ years in management role;

2.Strong knowledge in electronic production procedures as well as quality assurance;

3.Excellent communication and leadership skills;

4.Strong project management abilities.

主要职责:

1.按照生产计划进行生产安排，对生产线的物料进行有效的管理，并根据需求和物料的状况临时调整生产计划,并按时完成出货任务.

2.有效控制物料损耗和报废,尽可能降低生产成本
3. 建立、指导及管理生产团队并确保在预算控制内按时交付产品；

4.对员工进行培训和教导,要求他们规范操作,切实执行公司各种规章制度

5.有效和及时与相关部门沟通和合作,推动品质和效率的提升及问题的解决

任职要求:

1.8年以上电子行业生产经验，至少3年以上管理经验；

2.良好的电子产品生产及质量管理知识背景；

3.优秀的沟通及领导能力；

4.良好的项目管理技能。

本公司是意大利独资企业，位于东莞大朗镇沙步村，莞樟公路旁，交通便利。建厂五年时间，现有员工50人。主营产品是厨房电器和安防产品。产品全部出口。因扩大生产，急需聘请能适应本厂工作方式的人员加入，所有应聘者均包食宿，五天半工作制。
