Report to : Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all functions related to production planning, material req't planning (MRP), shop floor control, logistics and inventory management to manage and improve the delivery performance, productivity, cost and inventory.
2. Ensure all functional section such as production control, material planning, warehouse and custom declaration are operating efficiently, and compliant with requirement in ISO13485 and GMP.
3. Drive and manage the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) operations in the ERP system
4. Establish and implement lean operation concepts on the whole materials and logistic function in the factory.
5. Work with purchasing and supplier to develop and implement JIT or VMI methodology in order to minimize the average inventory level for production.
6. Ensure the optimize use of the warehouse spacing and efficient operations.
7. Responsible for the inventory management.
8. Manage the team in achieving the designated supply and logistic strategies.
9. Establish the goals of each function in material management and measurement of performance.
10. Facilitate and support new product introduction.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in relevant topics such as materials/logistic management, business administration.
2. Over 5 years working experience in materials management, and previous working experience in medical devices manufacturing with be an advantage
3. Working experience under ISO 9000
4. Knowledge of ISO13485 and GMP will be an advantage
5. Good in written and spoken English
6. Proven leadership skill, management experience and strong communication skills.
