Job Description:
-Build and develop an extrusion department, including employees, machines.
建立和发展挤压部，包括人员、机器配置和技术支援。
-Be responsible for total performance in terms of safety, quality, output and cost through staffing, training, development and retention of the department.
负责部门全方面的安全、质量、产量和成本控制工作。
-Provide leadership and supervisory guidance for the department
领导和监督部门工作。
-Serve as a technical and training resource for the department.
提供技术支持和培训。
-Troubleshoots and resolves operating/process issues.
负责解决经营过程的问题。
-Develop and implement initiatives to improve quality, cleanliness, safety, and productivity, and to reduce cost.
履行上级任务，提高产品质量和生产效率，注重安全和改善环境，降低成本。


Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in related fields and two to four years experience with extrusion in a manufacturing environment.
本科学历及相关领域的2-4年制造企业挤压部经验；
-At least two years of people management experience, Experience in the industry will be advantage.
至少2年的管理经验，在有行业经验者优先；
-In-depth knowledge of the Manufacturing process and equipment
对制造工艺及设备有深刻的认识；
-Knowledge of leading and developing a team-based Manufacturing environment
有领导才能和良好的团队组建能力；
-Proficiency in troubleshooting Manufacturing equipment
有丰富的解决制问题的能力；
-Ability to create and foster department spirit, and the ability to develop and coach department workers to obtain optimal performance
能够创建和培育团队精神，并有能力开发和培训部门人员创造最佳业绩；
-Ability to plan, prioritize, implement and monitor Manufacturing operation activities in a constantly changing environment
有计划、应变能力，能应环境变化调整产经营；
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
熟练运用微软办公软件。
