For our factory in Tangxia, Dongguan City
(China) we are looking for:

Purchasing Local & Oversea

Job Purpose:

• Mainly performoversea Purchasing function on both production parts and non-production part
• Responsiblefor part of local sourcing strategy, quotation of local suppliers forproduction.
• Responsiblefor procurement of non-production goods, services assure a sustainable and bestcost ratio.
• Ensure anuninterrupted flow of requisites items at competitive cost, in the appropriatequality and at quantity.

Job duties:

• Responsiblefor Supplier – quality targets, process capability, quality assurance at thesuppliers, process series, start-up capability evaluation, internal customersatisfaction, escalation process etc.
• Oversea andpart local suppliers as these are clients of Purchasing department.
• Regular RFQand negotiation process.

Skill and Qualification:

• Bachelor orabove Business/Economic degree
• Negationstrainings about international Purchasing
• Knowledge about ERP (Tiptop)
• Knowledge ofStandard Windows Application
• Sense ofresponsibility
• Preparedness
• Conflictresolution skills
• Accuracyabout all documentation and reports
• Mature,pleasant personality and result oriented
• Good commandof written and spoken English
• Good commandin Chinese
• Strongpersonality
