Job duties:

1. Responsible to provide application support and ITS helpdesk for business in China offices.

2. Provide Training (routine & ad hoc) to related business streams.

3. Handle enquiries and support as routine through phone or email or other internal systems.

4. Provide the first level support through on site or any office required.

5. Requirement BS degree from a university with a background in computer science or related technical discipline.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years experience in Information Technology or IT-related.

2. A solid foundation in computer science, applications support.

3. Practical experience in net, java, Database.

4. Good knowledge and practice in MCSE and CCNA.

5. Good team player, interpersonal skills.

6. Good communication in read and written English.

7. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

8. Supporting in Trading or retail company is preferred.
