职位： CNC产品 QC专员

Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
- Daily coordination between factory and QC team
- 工厂及QC小组之间的日常协调
- QC inspection scheduling
- 制订QC检查
- Conduct in line and final inspection and issue inspection report in factory site;
- 实施工厂的线上品检和最终品检并发布检验报告
- Product lab testing arrangement and organizing QA/QC reports/document from inspectors
- 实验室产品测试安排及从检验员处组织汇总QA/QC 报告/文档
- Update all inspection information ( reports and photos) into document after inspectoins
- 检验之后更新检验文档
- Report the QC inspection result to the management daily basis
- 日常的向管理层报告QC检验结果
- Coordinate internally and externally to ensure smooth operations
- 协调内部和外部，以确保运作顺畅

Requirements
岗位要求：

1.有三年以上相关的QC检验工作经验
More than 3 years work experience in relative field
2.熟悉ISO9001系统操作及品质检验流程、品质管理手法；
Familiar with ISO9001 system operation and the quality inspection process and quality management practices;
3.英文良好，能独立阅读英文的相关资料及完成验货报告；
English well, able to read the relative english document and complete the inspection report;
4.能独立制定产品质量检验标准及相关品质资料的完善；
Able to finalize the improvement of product quality inspection standards and relative quality information independent.
5.有产线上的品检和监控及最终品质控制经验
Have experience of inspecting and monitoring in line production and final quality control
6.良好的电脑操作水平
Good command of computer
7.会使用各种测量仪器；
Can operate relative measurment equipment
8.有塑胶，五金的品质检验、品质控制经验和统计技术的运用经验者优先。
Has plastic, metal quality inspection, quality control experience and statistical techniques is preferred.
