1, Search for new customers, maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
2, Make technical presentations and demonstrate how products will meet customer needs
3, Receive customers enquiries, manage and interpret customer requirements
4, Generate the sales concept and quotation with the best value proposal for customers
5, Prepare technical and commercial contracts and tenders, etc.
6, Negotiate tender and contract terms
7, Coordinate business affairs and push cash collection
8, Attend exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events

Education Background

Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering

Working Experience & Qualification
工作经验/技能
1, Familiar with commercial building industry, more than 3 years sales of HVAC and ventilation equipment or related products (thermal insulation materials, etc.) and have good sales performance
2, Familiar with design institute, mechanical and electrical consultants, contractors, mechanical and electrical contractors
3, Working in Carrier, York, Mc Quay, etc. company is preferred

1, Good oral and writing capability of Chinese and English
2, Very good business sense, good communications skills, strong commercial skills
3, Skillful operation in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
