Include but are not limited to:
- Define the market requirements for given focussed applications
- Internal and external SWOT analyses of SIHI’s position in these focussed applications
- Set up and implementation of business plan in cooperation with local sales management and global market management
- Follow-up and support of large or strategic important customer projects in China with active customer visits and presentations / training
- Pricing strategy and intelligence as well as overall management of the SMART CRM database and reporting
- Identify market opportunities with given and proven technologies
- Define the strategies how to improve our position in these markets
- Support of overall order intake for focussed application
- Market Trends Analysis, Inform regions and work out proposals
- Localise the key product components to be more cost competitive
Skills / Capabilities
- Bachelor degree in technical science/chemical/engineering
- High communication skills in English and Chinese
- Product knowledge (dry vacuum pumps) is a must
- At least 5+ years of experience in one of the key markets north Chemical or Pharmaceutical
- International orientated and global acting
- Target driven and self contained
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining a team mentality
- Ability to work with people from all levels and backgrounds
- Effective communication skills to build positive relationships
