职位描述
Job Description:
1, Communicate with coordinator and related departments to make and execute the audit plan
2, Conduct Code of Conduct, and environmental audits, etc. which includes issues related to Forced Labour, Contracts, working hours, payment, child labour, discrimination, disciplinary practices, Freedom of association based on ECCO code of conduct and local law and regulations
3, Generate and compile audit reports
4, Assist to analysis gaps and to develop Corrective Action Plans (CAP), monitor and report on the progress in improving any identified non-compliance issues
5, Review and assess suppliers audits progress in accordance to the company requirements
6, Coordinate with auditors to follow up outstanding issues related to Code of Conduct
7, Work with suppliers to raise the awareness of compliance issues, conduct them in how to improve
8, Monitor and collect applicable national and local laws
9, Prepare overview(quarterly and annual)of COC audit results to management together with Corporate Conduct
Job Requirement and Qualification
1 . University graduate
2. Minimum 3 years or above working experience with at least 2 year in corporate social responsibility, human rights or related field ; solid experience in a large global brands is a plus
3. Knowledge and experience on labor & compensation, health & safety and environment
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English
5. Knowledge of western culture and why the social compliance is important to western brands
6. Mature, self-motivated, with good communication skill and high ethical standards
7. Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment
8. Proficient in MS Office and computerized office environment
9. Frequent travel and irregular working hours are necessary
