Key Result Areas

1.Provide all kinds of support to supervisors for order follow up via exiting IT systems.

2.Handle data entry / PO entry into Allegro system

3.Update information in computer system

4.Provide administrative support to the team for efficient service delivery in order procurement.

5.Coordinate with shipping team for all kinds of shipment issues, making sure shipment on time.

Qualifications, experience and skills

·Diploma or above graduate.

·1 year merchandising experience.

·Able to communicate in English and Cantonese generally.

·Good computer skills in terms of MS Exchange, Words and Excel.
