Position Overview:
职位概述：
This position is responsible for managing the purchasing of qualified products/materials to qualified suppliers mainly located in China in accordance with the demand plan to fulfill the customer required date. Reporting to Operation Manager based in Thailand.
负责管理在中国境内的合格供应商处进行合格产品/材料的采购，需在客户所需日期前完成，并直接将情况报告给在泰国的商业财务经理。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
基本职责和责任：
1) Responsible for supply management.
负责供应管理。
2) Work closely with qualified suppliers to ensure the on-time delivery and 100% fill rate.
与供应商保持紧密合作，确保准时交货和100%的订单满足率。
3) Creation & Control of purchase orders.
开发和管控采购订单。
4) Ensure that if orders completion issues are occurring, operation manager and sourcing teams are informed as early as possible and helps finding alternative solutions.
如果订单完成过程中出现问题，应及时通知业务经理和采购团队并寻找解决方案。
5) Ensure ERP master data and planning parameters are up-to-date, including to purchasing prices.
确保ERP主数据、计划参数和采购价格为最新。
6) Provide supplier forecasts in accordance with quarterly rolling plan from commercial teams.
按照商业团队的季度滚动计划提供供应商预测。
7) Liaise with accounting for invoicing and orders payment.
与会计结账并做好订单付款。
8) Minimize transport costs.
确保运输成本最小化。
9) Propose and implement improvements in the area of procurement.
在采购方面适时改进。
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
所需技能和资格：
. Local nationality with Bachelor’s Degree in a professional discipline such as logistics or relevant.
物流等相关专业本科学历。
. At least 3 years in Purchasing working experience, lighting/materials is a plus.
最少3年采购工作经验，从事照明或材料行业尤佳。
. Know supply chain management concept.
了解供应链管理的相关内容。
. Good logical thinking and planning.
良好的逻辑思考能力，做事有规划性。
. Good at MS Office especially excel.
能熟练操作办公软件，尤其是EXCEL。
. ERP knowledge, Microsoft Navision.
熟悉ERP系统。
. Good command of English both written and spoken.
良好的英语书面及口语能力。
