This specific role will be accountable for strategically sourcing of assigned lighting finished products or lighting materials/components from Greater China at the best cost while meets the specifications and quality as well as executing the cost deflation program to foster the business to maintain the competitiveness in marketplace.
该职位需负责在大中华区以最佳成本进行照明成品或照明材料/组件的战略采购，以符合规范和质量要求，并同时执行成本通货紧缩计划来促进业务保持在市场的竞争力。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
基本职责和责任：
1) Responsible for suppliers’ selection and qualification process to target products.
负责根据目标产品进行供应商选择和过程鉴定。
2) Forming up the long-term partnership with qualified suppliers.
与合适的供应商保持长期合作关系。
3) Regularly review and monitor suppliers’ performance based on product, cost, fulfillment and quality.
根据产品、成本、执行情况和质量定期审查和监控供应商的绩效表现。
4) Negotiate for best price per target specifications.
根据目标规格谈判出最好的价格。
5) Review and close Purchasing Agreement.
审查和完成采购协议。
6) Work closely with Product Management Teams and make sure sourcing processes and programs go smoothly and closed within target timeline.
与产品管理团队紧密合作，以确保采购过程和项目顺利进行，并在期限内完成。
7) Drive the deflation to maintain the competitiveness for competitions.
遵循通货紧缩并在竞争中保持竞争力。
8) Assure adherence to internal sourcing and overall program tollgate controls.
确保遵守内部采购规范并做好整体项目关卡控制。
9) Be the focal point for supplier process/product change request.
负责作为供应商过程/产品变更请求的中间点。
10) Work with procurement/purchasing to maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing prices.
与采购商保持合作，以确保最准确和最新的采购价格。
11) Initiate process improvement strategies; on-time delivery, quality, cost, risk identification and mitigation.
积极推进过程改进策略，做到准时交货，并做好质量、成本、风险识别和缓解的相关工作。
12) Understand the global commodities and its price trend leading to impact on assigned product lines.
了解全球大宗商品及其价格趋势对所管辖的产品线的影响。
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
所需技能和资格：
. Local nationality with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a professional discipline such as Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
电气、电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
. At least 5 years strategic sourcing activity with knowledge in lighting product or lighting materials/components would be a distinct advantage.
最少5年战略采购活动相关经验，熟悉照明产品、照明材料及组件者尤佳。
. Experience with procurement process and ISO9001/14001.
熟悉采购流程和ISO9001/14001，并有相关经验。
. Technical aptitude/capability to review specifications and BOM.
有审查规范和物料清单的技术资质及能力。
. Strong business ethics and integrity.
有较强的商业道德和诚信意识。
. Strategic thinker and strong project management with the ability to take initiative.
具有战略思想和较强的项目管理能力，做事积极主动。
. Possess good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with strong analytical ability.
人际关系融洽，有良好的谈判、沟通技巧，较强的分析能力。
. Ability to work independently under pressure with business development skills.

. Good command of English both written and spoken and PC literate.
