Assistant Sales/Shipping coordinator: 销售助理兼船务



Job Requirements

-- At least one year working experience of foreign trade

-- Or at least one year working experience of Shipping, documentation and other related paperwork experience.

-- Good Knowledge of specific export procedure

-- Good English verbal and written communication skills

- - Flexible, team player with good interpersonal skills.

-- Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook

-- Knowledge of accounting/banking/customs system preferred





Job Description

* Intensively communicate with customers overseas via email, cold callings, and on-site visiting

* Work with each branch offices on PO tracking; sample handling, testing, shipping arrangement, and so on

* Prepare quotation sheet and exporting docs ( ie.: furnish invoices, packing lists, proforma invoices and other related documents)

* Maintain Sales Department showroom, keep it clean and well organized

* Manage samples, track stock sample on file

* Be able to travel and work overtime

* Perform other duties assigned by Sales Department
