This position is to lead the finance team of the Coach Consulting (Dongguan) Co., Limited to ensure accounting transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled, financial reports are correctly prepared and presented, internal controls and procedures are properly implemented and monitored.

I. Key Responsibilities
1. Record accounting transactions in SAP, perform month-end closing, prepare financial statements and reporting schedules, and analyze variances on a monthly basis.
2. Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations especially Inter-Company Balances on a monthly basis.
3. Handle all taxation issues, and work closely with outside parties for annual audit, tax filing and annual examination.
4. Support the annual budgeting process (AOP) and monthly expenses analysis.
5. Take a lead to improve existing financial practices and processes in the company.
6. Perform ad-hoc projects, financial models and analysis as required.
7. Prepare and update the Fixed Asset Register by category and calculate the depreciation based on local GAAP.
8. Maintain proper record of accounting documents including cheques, TT forms, vouchers and other legal documents


II.Education & Experience Requirements
Degree in Accountancy; a member of a professional accounting body is a must;
8 years above experience with hands-on exposure in financial reporting and all aspects of general accounting, in which trading field is preferred;
Working experience in MNC is an asset;
Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications, with superior Excel spreadsheet skills and knowledge of SAP systems would be a definite advantage;
Flexible team player with the ability to adapt to changing and dynamic environment;
Ability to drive and motivate sub-ordinates, train others and pass on information skills;
Independent; well-organized, excellent communication skills, able to meet tight deadline;
Familiar with GAAP reporting and Sarbanes Oxley compliance is an advantage;
Good command of English.
