Responsibilities:

1.Working under cooperate IT technical governance, code of conduct for IT usage and cooperate operation standards
2.Provide user support includes PC maintenance, normal software problem troubleshooting on Windows XP/7, Lotus notes 8.x, MS Office and Symantec Anti-virus program
3.Setup and deploy computer to our employees in accordance with company's prescribed standard of hardware, software and network infrastructure
4.Documenting and improving Service Level Agreements
5.Manage hardware, software asset and leasing inventory.
6.Log all work and service into company's helpdesk system
7.Assists in special projects and ad hoc assignments whenever required

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines is preferred but not mandatory.
2.3+ years related working experience in MNC
3.Experiences in working with helpdesk system. Hand-on and capable of execution, especially helpdesk experience, problem tracking and reporting.
4.Experiences on client software support including Win 7, Win XP, MS Office, Lotus Notes 8.x and Symantec Endpoint Protection.
5.Strong IT technology background about PC, printers, network, router/switch and telephony
6.Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Fluent in Mandarin
7.Proactive, hardworking, willing to take responsibility, target-oriented, ability to follow-up, good at planning and keeping schedules
8.Excellent understanding of customer service and strong sense of customer focus.
9.Flexible, self-motivated and well-organized
10.Good team-player and inter-personal skills
