Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Track/Analyze/Control production cost variance, such as yield, absorption, inventory reserves (Excess & Obsolete, aged work order, variance capitalization) and purchase price variance .

2. Responsible for STD Cost System update and maintenance, i.e annual STD cost setting, new product STD Cost Set up, Manufacturing, overhead allocation

3. Responsible for stock-taking

4. Responsible for month end cut off for inventory and cost absorption

5. Control in proper cost classification in GL and STD cost system

6. Responsible for quarterly Rolling Forecast preparation

7. Responsible for assigned financial reporting to HQ & regional office

8. Creation support to FM on Internal Control Policy & Procedure

9. Support FM on Cost Reduction & Continuous improvement Project.

10. Responsible in AP function

11. Key player in SAP implementation

Minimum Requirements:

1. Fluent English in reading and writing

2. Bachelor degree

3. Minimum 5 years experience in accounting including at least 3 years experience in costing

4. Cost control experience in ERP, i.e UFIDA, or others, SAP preferable

5. Working under pressure, highly dedicate, action oriented

6. Strong communication, data analysis skills

7. STD Cost Experience at least 3 years and preferred with electronics background

9. Cost Control experience in ERP

10. STD Cost & ABC [Active Based Costing] Experience at least 3 years

11. Experience on Forecast or budget preparation

12. Major in Accounting or Finance

13. Experience in MFG WOFE or JV which has basic Internal Control Policy knowledge
