Key Result Areas

1.Attending buyer meeting in Taiwan, giving a hand to Taiwan Merchandiser to finalize the styling, price bargaining, and other things such as initial order delivery date , repeat order lead time, etc.

2.To deal with daily work as a Merchandiser, ex. Communicating with the client by mail and following all the relating things.

3.Handling with all the inquiries/orders confirmation, checking all the repeat orders details, like prod. Lead time /min qty / price.

4.Help to coordinate early shipment issues and shipping mode confirmation.

5.Following up over/short shipment issues and advise the client accordingly.

6.To follow up photo sample schedule , checking sample's workmanship and measurements and arranging submission issues.

7.Checking Lab dip/ color set swatches / CD-chart and follow up their submission status and make sure timely arrangement.

8.Following up photo sample/ lab-dip/ CD-chart comments from buyer.

9.Pushing the vendor to submit seal sample for QC comment.

10.To coordinate with the customer and vendor , help to solve some problems.

11.Following bulk production status, Control the tight production lead time, Settle the problem that occurred in production/quality inspection

12.Monitoring shipping status to make sure all goods ship out on times

13.To input related data to the PO maintaining system..

14.To keep an efficient and convenient filing system



Qualifications, experience and skills

·Diploma or above graduate.

·Minimum 5 years hardgoods merchandising experience, inclusive 2 years experience handling US market Gourmet/ Kitchen Gadget items

·Knowledge in related product group.

·Proficiency in MS Outlook, Allegro, MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

·Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken)

·Ability to meet tight schedule & be a team player

·Independent and able to work of own initiative

·Able to travel frequently and be out in the field

·Working Location: Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City
