职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历；
2. 良好的英语读写能力；
3. 能熟练使用办公软件
4. 应届毕业生优先。

Primary Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Pull Prototype Spec from PDM, them saved Fabric Spec, then fill PDM# details in related columns on linelist;

Finish Allocation Chart & Chinese Sketches;

Do Pre-Costing, Sale sample Production Sheets of pointed styles, and prepare Quotation Chart.

Make some requested charts, just like Pattern Request, TSR, Yarn Dye, Wash Down and Snap Mould;

Finish Trim list charts for CMP styles to shipping;

Check Content code & Care Code on each Bom, and filled CMP Styles in MR Public file;

Check PASS KENSIN OR NOT for all of Zip and Metal Trims;

Pull Fit Approved State Spec from PDM System and update Costing sheets if needs;

Update related charts, eg. Allocation, Quotation;

Update related information on our line list after received mail;

Enter SS/PP Measurement Sheets into PDM after received QC comments files;

Update handwrite PO qty on linelist when received handwrite colour breakdown info;

Provide Pattern Request charts for both OW and SW styles for Bulk to Pattern Room;

Check and save PO softcopy on our master file. And issue CRF files if there have any question for PO. Go on to update PO# & PO Qty on related styles on our linelist, and fill colour B/D qty on the pointed chart.

Issue SR/PS styles in D’trade when met CMP vendor as SK2, BTI,GSJ, ZHG etc; then filled CC Code info on MR public file accordingly.

Finish the chart of Statics & Analysis of the season after received all of styles PO of all buy date, and filled related data into SALESRPT under ADD path file.

Finish Actual Costing for CMP styles for shipping dept.

Specific Job Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:

PC skills, especially for Excel;

Can understand & write basic e-mail content in English;

Must be responsible, careful & patient for own job, can take good communication with own HK colleagues.

Good cooperation & team-work concept with others.

Education and/or Experience:.

1. College degree with course work in business English.
