Job Description

• Consolidate all ETR's(all countries about 15 ftys) (weekly)
• Update PRM(all countries about 15 ftys) (weekly)
• Communicate with all ftys for following up tech package transfer and return & have records of all transfer/return tech package(all countries about 15ftys) ( daily )
• Forward ex-size orders to ftys, forward shipping details to overseas every time after send ex-size and following up results from overseas.
• Prepare smjo (all countries about 15 ftys) (all new molds)
• Follow up signature of pmjos, scan and send to all suppliers (daily )
• Update smjo/pmjo summary (all countries about 15 ftys) ( monthly )
• C & E functional report(all countries about 15 ftys)( monthly)
• Follow up with HQ Development in regards of Extreme Fit & Wear testing
• Consolidate F&W results and send to appropriate C & E Manager
• Collect records of mold sets in China , Indonesia, Vietnam and Cambodia

Requirements (Qualifications/ Experience /Knowledge )

• At least 2 years experience as clerical assistant
• Computer literate(Windows office ), Lotus Notes
• Writing and language communication skills in English

This position is a temp position(7 months )
